让我们再来口诛笔伐一下昨天的裁判员

以下两张截图都来自于刘祝润的扳平进球前，是视频助理裁判员应该检查的内容。

图片1:在胡睿宝与莱昂纳多争顶时，莱昂纳多有明显的跳向胡睿宝并且手臂外推的动作。虽然我不能够确定该动作的力度是否可以构成犯规，不过根据《足球竞赛规则》的视频助理裁判员协议，“For subjective decisions, e.g.intensity of a foul challenge, interference at offside, handball considerations, an ‘on-field review’ (OFR) is appropriate”（对于主观性的事件，例如犯规接触的力度，越位位置的干扰和手球的考虑，发起现场回看OFR是应该且合适的）。当值主裁判并没有按照该条要求，发起现场回看。

图片2:胡睿宝解围踢中莱昂纳多时，莱昂纳多有明显手球嫌疑（由于图片质量问题，不能确定具体的接触点，只能认为有很大的嫌疑）。有球迷认为莱昂纳多的手臂已经完全收紧，不能构成手球犯规，这是非常常见的误区。根据《足球竞赛规则》第12章:犯规及不正当行为，以下用手触球的行为应该被处罚：

• deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball（故意手球，例如将手臂移向球）

• touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger. A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player’s body movement for that specific situation. By having their hand/arm in such a position, the player takes a risk of their hand/arm being hit by the ball and being penalised（用手接触球时，手使得身体不自然地扩大。规则认为，球员将手放置在这个位置，就是在承担潜在的手被球击中并且被处罚的风险）

• scores in the opponents’ goal:

• directly from their hand/arm, even if accidental, including by the goalkeeper

• immediately after the ball has touched their hand/arm, even if accidental（用手直接得分或用手接触球后，继而获得得分机会并得分，即使是意外）

因此，手球犯规的要件是故意手球、非自然位置手球、手球直接得分/获得得分机会并进而得分，满足其一即可。

综上所述，这个进球有效很有可能是一个错判，圈子里的俱乐部人员看到别装瞎，直接准备申诉就好了[最佳状态][B费摊手]
